Prepress Software Support Specialist

For the next possible date OneVision Software AG’s US subsidiary, OneVision, Inc., is looking for a highly motivated reinforcement for our team at the location in Woburn, MA, USA.

• Strong background and/or knowledge in prepress and preferably the entire print production workflows, combined with customer support experience 
• Desire to learn new technology (i.e., digital publishing, wide-format, label, etc.)
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills with production files and multi-faceted workflows
• Experience with print file formats and their respective applications is desirable (PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, Adobe CC applications, different RIPs, etc.)
• Strong communication skills are required and being multilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian) is a plus
• Customer orientated and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task multiple projects (experience in customer service is desirable)
